Born and raised in Madurai, leadership isn't found in a textbook; it's forged in the fire of responsibility. With over two decades of business and entrepreneurial experience, she understands that real leadership is built through responsibility, resilience, and service. As Executive Director of Chakra Critical Care Hospitals in Kolathur, Esther Evanjeline has spent two decades managing 101 ICU beds and 24/7 emergency services.
Under her leadership, Chakra Critical Care Hospitals expanded into a healthcare enterprise — reflecting her ability to build systems, scale institutions, and lead with a patient-first service philosophy rooted in ethical leadership, compassionate care, and accountability.
She has lived the crisis of every family walking through her doors. She knows that when people are at their most vulnerable, they don't need generic promises—they need action, competence, and a leader who refuses to back down.
